The quote was competitive compared to another company I’d used before. He came back the next day, replaced the motor, and the furnace has worked perfectly since. The whole process was smooth, with clear and transparent communication. Highly recommend Fuse, and Martin in particular!

He hit several bumps but troubleshooted and spent longer than planned making sure all was good. I really appreciate the time and effort he put into his work. He was warm, professional, and respectful, making sure everything was tidied up after. A few days ago, Zorik came to do electrical work- adding another outlet under our sink. He was wonderful too! Very friendly and kind. He was careful with his work and made sure everything was clean after. I’ve hired Fuse for three jobs so far and I am thrilled with the service and care. It’s competitive pricing, sometimes a bit more than other businesses but I’m happy to pay it with the smooth assessment, great communication, scheduling, payment process, and thorough documentation. I honestly went with a different plumber at first due to someone’s recommendation but he was not thorough, made mistakes, and left a mess. Never again. I’m gonna stick with Fuse for future repairs and installations.
