It took time for them to install the electric water heater outside with enclosed cabinets They were very polite and cleaned after all the work. Looks like their project management team need to do some work on coordinating the work between Water heater and installer and HVAC. Since we went with fuse for both project, IMO they could have optimized the time and efforts have they pre wired the electrical line for water heater. Overall I recommend Ben and team
