  Alex from Fuse came out to perform long-over due maintenance on my water heater. He is very professional and did a great job. Thanks for taking time to clean out the sediment in the tank and giving me very useful information. Thanks for doing a great job.

  I recently had my HVAC ductwork replaced by Fuse, and I want to give special thanks to David and his team for an outstanding job. David is incredibly patient, detail-oriented, hardworking, and dedicated. He arrived at 8 AM and worked straight until 8 PM, spending the entire day in the crawl space. The two team members who came with him were also extremely professional and courteous. The process started with a thorough inspection, during which David identified several severe duct leaks and clearly explained the issues. After I agreed to proceed with the replacement, he performed precise measurements and carefully planned the airflow distribution. He meticulously evaluated every room and every vent, discussed the proposed layout with me, and made adjustments based on my feedback. The actual installation was smooth and efficient, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I’m very happy with the entire experience and highly recommend David and the team at Fuse for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality HVAC work.

  The tenants were pleased that Ron was able to replace the ballast in the kitchen. Now they have light! Scheduling the appointment was problematic with having to cancel and reschedule.

  I electrified my whole house and eliminated all gas appliances. While not the cheapest, the detailed estimations from Fuse, and the attention provided by their estimator, Frank, made me feel most confident to go with them. The whole process was pretty organized, with the back office folks doing all the coordination for the installation, permits, and inspections, and even guidance on rebates. Installations involved electricians, plumbers, and HVAC. Everyone, including the helpers, were highly professional, friendly, and conscientious, and the work quality was very good. They even informed me of a leak in my crawlspace that I would have never known. Payment was convenient online (though the technicians struggled a little with their process and I got numerous repeat invoices - no biggie, just pay once and validate on their portal). I am currently at the stage for city inspections, and rebate applications, and I look forward to an ongoing relationship with Fuse Service for maintenance and other future projects! Many thanks to the entire crew at Fuse!
