  I found Floor Depot on Yelp reviews when I was searching for my JADU wood floors. Mike at Floor Depot provided excellent service from the beginning and after sells. He was very patient during my selection of floor color and gave me honest and valuable opinions. I was especially grateful for his fast response when there was a shipping error on the bullnose on the shipper side. He took care the issues right away with the shipper and had the corrected bullnose shipped FedEx the next day from Iowa so that the floor installation can be completed without delaying the rest of construction schedule. I highly recommend Floor Depot.

  The water line to our fridge burst overnight and water leaked all over our kitchen floor which also got into our living room. The floor was ruined and since our flooring was at least 20 years old we couldn't find a match to patch the water damaged areas so we had to replace the flooring in our entire home. Every contractor and floor repair/installer we got estimates from was charging ridiculous prices and quoting months to remove our damaged floor and install new flooring. I emailed Floor Depot for a quote and met George who personally came to my home to give an estimate. George was extremely friendly and polite and he actually ended up staying for an hour and met my family. George and Floor Depot's prices were outstanding and the best prices we got from any other competitor. We had a lot of large furniture that I wasn't able to move out of the house on my own and George said not to worry because his work crew will just move the furniture around from one end of the room to the other end of the room while they do construction. This made my life so much easier and also saved me money because I didn't have to rent a storage pod for the furniture. The construction team (Remodel Masters) was run by Kevin and his father and they were polite, helpful and did fantastic work. Kevin and his crew finished removing old flooring and installing new flooring in my entire home in just 7 days, and that's while having to move furniture around; when every other contractor wanted 3+ months to do the same job while also charging 4 times more. Kevin and his crew even found that we had tree roots clogging one of the toilets in our bathroom and removed them for us. I whole-heartedly recommend George and Floor Depot and Remodel Masters for any of your flooring needs. Their prices, customer service, and quality of work are all outstanding. When our flooring got damaged it was such a stressful time and when I saw the outrageous prices other contractors were charging I felt doomed. George and his crew worked miracles for me and I couldn't be happier. George and I even became good friends and still keep in touch to this day. Floor Depot and Remodel Masters do fantastic work at some of the best prices you'll find so don't hesitate to give them a call for your flooring needs.

  I got referred to Floor Depot as I was looking for purchasing floor plank product for my home project. Mike helped me through the whole sales process and specifically purchased and sent product samples to my home making sure it matches my home nicely. Floor Depot offered reasonable pricing on what I was looking for and made the purchasing experience simple and keeping the cost of my project within budget. Mike provided timely updates on the product shipping status making sure the delivery process was smooth. That helped me with coordinating the installation project and it went well without a hick-up.   Great selection of floors be it vinyl, engineered, or real hardwood. Ed at the store was very helpful and walked us through the selection process. Floor Depot also does installs and they use this experience to inform their inventory. You can be sure that the floors they stock will last! They also gave us great guidance for onsite evaluation of samples. Finally, Ed worked directly with our contractor for order pickup and additional orders for accessories like bullnose and reducers. We love the floors we purchased here!

  Cole is the best. I wanted to brighten update my house with something brighter. I told Cole what my goals were and paint colors I will be using and he showed me exactly what I was looking for. I did the entire downstairs (1200sqft) myself and it was not that difficult. Materials came in about one week. I am starting another project with large 18x36” stone LVP that Cole recommended. This is more modern looking and going to turn out very nice.
