- MSMary ShaoFeb 6, 20265.0Salvadore is the Best Counter supervisor I have seen. He is super knowledgeable and skillful. I have a shower faucet issue: it can not stop dripping. It needs a special Delta cartridge. My busy plumber can not get the right cartridge after he tried 2 stores. That old cartridge is also very difficult to be removed. To avoid to cut the back wall to replace the whole valve set and save some money and hassle, my plumber suggested me to take pictures and video and to go to the different plumbing stores to see if I can find the right one. I went to 4 plumbing stores to look for that special shower cartridge. All of the other 3 store staffs do not get which brand or model of the cartridge from the pictures and video. Salvadore impressed me by his experiences and knowledge and professionalism: he is very patient even I am that day last customer near closing. He is also the only one, who found me the right cartridge from looking the pictures. I truly appreciate his help very much. I strongly recommend this store to ALL! Thank you very much, Salvadore!
- JSJinal ShahDec 12, 20251.0Unprofessional and inconsistent handling of a warranty request. Our water heater manufacturer (Reliance, under A.O. Smith) provided a valid part authorization number and directed us to pick up the warranty replacement part from Ferguson as their local supplier. I called ahead and was explicitly told the part was in stock and could be collected with a warranty form. When my husband went to the location, we were unexpectedly denied and told Ferguson only honors warranties if the unit was purchased from them - directly contradicting what we were told on the phone the previous day. The manager claimed to have confirmed this with A.O. Smith, but the manufacturer later verified that no such call was made or documented. This caused unnecessary stress and delays and reflects poor communication and lack of alignment with manufacturer warranty processes. Customers should confirm everything in writing before visiting this business. (A negative rating would have been ideal)
