Once there, I was told they couldn’t sell me a generic transformer, despite it being a common off-the-shelf item—something never mentioned on the phone. For context, I work at a very large tech company and routinely purchase from industrial suppliers Went down the street to Grainger, where I bought the part immediately with no issues. Save yourself the time and headache—shop elsewhere.
