However, after missing two appointment windows with no proactive communication and providing a much higher-than-expected quote, we decided not to move forward. This company missed both of my scheduled appointment windows. They didn’t show up yesterday during the time they promised and only contacted me after I reached out first. They said they would come first thing this morning, but again, they failed to arrive during the stated window and provided no update. This wasted my time and came across as very unprofessional. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.
