  Slick marketing but mostly it’s BS. I received a sales consultation that should have taken 20 minutes and took 2+ hours of repetitive pitching and salesmanship. After 2+ hours of nonsense the quote they came up with was 6x the price of the other quote I had received for the exact same scope of window replacements. The sales person did not listen and just talked and talked and talked. Don’t waste your time.

  Made an apt for 2pm for an estimate. Received a call that someone would arrive at 3pm instead. No one ever showed up. Then I get a text at 4:20 that they are a few minutes away. Are you kidding me?? I had them wait for me to get home only to disappoint me with some poor excuse why they are late and to quote me $15K for a window. One window!! And doesn’t include paint. I wouldn’t rely on this company from the start if they couldn’t make to their apt on time.
