  Zach, the A/C technician, was on time and friendly, knowledgeable and figured out where the leak was when the previous company couldn’t. Zach was very thorough and worked very hard to find the problem with our A/C unit! Zach is a great example of ingenuity and great customer service skills! Zach is a great asset to the company he represents!

  We are getting a complete new AC unit from J & M Air Conditioning. Enrique came out to take some final measurements before the install. Let start by saying Enrique was very professional and transparent with his work. He answered all our questions. He went the extra mile to make a difference and demonstrated his commitment to his job and team. Thank you Enrique.

  I had new Aircondition system installed. Christian and Jose is well informed and professional. They worked continuously non stop for 6 . Hours I was very impressed. I would recommend this company. Jonathan who came and check our system for free is also excellent, explained everything and our option. I highly recommend them.It sounded expensive but I think it is top of the line .

  Our AC stopped working, so my husband called J&M for an inspection and estimate. Jonatan arrived within the scheduled window and was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He thoroughly explained what was wrong with our unit, walked me through everything in detail, and provided expert recommendations on what needed to be replaced now, as well as steps we can take to extend the system’s lifespan. He even showed me firsthand exactly what the issues were, which I really appreciated. The entire service was completed in about two hours. We were so impressed with his professionalism and expertise that we signed up for their bi-annual (twice a year) HVAC membership service. Thank you, Jonatan! Our home feels cool again just as the hot weather is approaching. You’re a lifesaver!

  Shoutout to Robbie Rudolph! Upstanding gentleman. Only tech I've ever seen that just pre-emptively threw shoe baggies on his feet before entering, no question. Personable, kind, well mannered. Didn't bat an eye to how messy the house was. He made us feel completely comfortable with having a stranger in the house (rather important). He asked the right questions to get to the root of the issue very quickly. Resolution-focused. Very cool guy. All this for a customer (me) that ran late to the appointment! 100% recommended for the customer service alone.
