- IMI McM6 days ago2.0Chiming in to warn others: these people are nonresponsive and I would not recommend them for emergencies. They came on the recommendation of someone I trust, so I am sure they do good work if you can get a hold of them--maybe if you are building a house or something. I called on a Monday morning, gave measurements and photos for a broken front door, and was told they would get back to me soon. I called again on Monday afternoon after receiving 2 other estimates from other glass providers and was told the owner was out and they would get back to me "maybe tomorrow." I decided to go with someone else and they installed a new pane that Thursday. I still have not heard back from Sunset Glass about their estimate. Its been two weeks. Talk about unprofessional.

- JZJ ZAug 26, 20211.0I was referred to, by a friend, to Sunset Glass to replace my windows. I called months ago during Covid. The manager told me to email him the dimension of my windows and he would get back to me AND NEVER DID. I reach out again at least 3-4 times and was told the same thing by a girl who worked there, I gave her the dimension, she asked all the questions and took all the notes and said they would get back to me with a quote AND NEVER DID. Finally I called one last time. The same girl said she doesn't remember me, but they had been so busy and short on staff, and would get back to me by the end of the day AND NEVER DID. What kind of company is too busy, open, maybe just exclusive to their higher profile clients yet failed to be responsive to their ordinary neighborhood needs shouldn't be in business at all.
