  Chiming in to warn others: these people are nonresponsive and I would not recommend them for emergencies. They came on the recommendation of someone I trust, so I am sure they do good work if you can get a hold of them--maybe if you are building a house or something. I called on a Monday morning, gave measurements and photos for a broken front door, and was told they would get back to me soon. I called again on Monday afternoon after receiving 2 other estimates from other glass providers and was told the owner was out and they would get back to me "maybe tomorrow." I decided to go with someone else and they installed a new pane that Thursday. I still have not heard back from Sunset Glass about their estimate. Its been two weeks. Talk about unprofessional.

  Took an entire month to get a window replaced. After the initial assessment they took 5 days to order the glass. The first time they came out to fix it, they broke the glass and had to re-order. The second time they came, the glass was the wrong size. I've had to call them at least 6 times and left at least 4 voicemails with Eric and reception. Eric is rude, unapologetic and unresponsive. They charged me full price despite all their screw-ups ($425) Ridiculous. Use someone else.
