He was polite and very gracious when I called to confirm the appointment and showed up on time. It was clear from the moment he enter the property and examined the boiler, the water storage tank, drainage system and a few other plumbing- related systems, that he knew what he was doing. He identified where there was an immediate need for service, and where things could wait if there are budgetary constraints. I felt that he was transparent and helpful- great reflection on his company, Arch Plumbing. During the walk- thru of the property, he patiently answered all my questions. I never felt that Mark was impatient, rude and even transactional. Mark is truly a great representative of Arch Plumbing. Clearly the company’s value is to provide quality work and great customer service as evidenced in their dispatch of Mark who definitely adhere to these values!
