  We had a broken pipe under the sink and a blocked drain. Mike was so responsive to an after hours call and fixed it in about an hour. He was knowledgeable and quick. We appreciated all he did for us.

  Sean was punctual, polite and very competent! I was worried about the jet hose hurting my plants and he was very considerate and careful. If I ever have to call a rooter service again, I’d call this company without hesitation!

  Fantastic experience with Sean—he was super responsive even when working a 13 hour day through the wild storm that happened last weekend, gave great explanations of everything, and delivered right on target. Second time working with 24/7 and I'm going to rely on them absolutely whatever happens next!

  Couldn’t be happier with the service from 24/7 Rooter & Plumbing. Mike showed up within 2 hours, was friendly, courteous, and great to work with and immediately understood the issue. He took care of it quickly and efficiently. Overall, a 10/10 experience - definitely the best I’ve had with a plumber. I’ll be using them again and recommending to others. Thanks, Mike!

  24/7 Rooter & Plumbing - could not recommend more! Ernesto Barron is an awesome plumber - and I have a fresh comparison to back that up. Earlier this week I used a different plumbing service for a similar fix on another toilet. It cost more, the communication was lacking, and the back-and-forth to get things scheduled and resolved was frustrating. Night and day difference. Ernesto also replaced my 13-year-old (!!) hot water heater and fixed a leak, and the entire experience was seamless. Booking was effortless — the online scheduling took just a few minutes — and from there, the communication was consistent, clear, and prompt. I always knew what was happening and when. When he arrived, he came prepared to respect my home — shoe booties on, a protective covering laid over my floors before he touched anything. The work was done efficiently and everything was left spotless. It's the kind of attention to detail that's rare and genuinely appreciated. The results speak for themselves: new water heater running perfectly, leak completely resolved, and a fair price for excellent work. Awesome & well done work - I have hot water back!
