  Jeff, Jaime and Daniel did a great job! They explained everything to me and helped get our thermostat completely set up. Steven also gets an A+ for quoting out an affordable system. This is a team that enjoys what they do.

  I found them through Home Depot when they offered a heating tune up/inspection for $8 in January 2025. Although I had an old heating system, they listed almost everything single part as defective and quoted me $7500 to fix it. They used alarmist language to try and convince me my entire HVAC system and ductwork were a safety hazard and instructed me not to even turn it on. I also asked how much it would cost to replace the entire furnace and install a new AC and they quoted me ballpark $28k. Due to the sticker shock, I waited a whole year to get any more quotes while I saved up. I didn't use my heater at all last year due to their warnings. Fast forward to this year, I was able to get a new AC and furnace for half their price with a different company. My same ducts which were in "terrible" condition were still used and passed permit inspection. It turns out they were in great shape—completely contradicting Same Day's 'inspection.' This felt more like a high-pressure sales visit than an honest technical assessment. If they tell you that you need thousands in ductwork repairs, get a second opinion first.

  Jesse Puga was extremely professional and helpful. He came out after I had a toilet leak that caused some water damage, and he was able to quickly assess the situation and fix the issue to prevent any future leaks. He also provided helpful recommendations to keep my home safe and running smoothly. I really appreciated how efficient and knowledgeable he was, and he took care of everything right away. I also love having the membership. It provides great pricing, and every interaction I’ve had with the team has been professional and reliable.

  I had a diagnostic check for my heater and Reyes was on time, friendly and explained the issues of my heating system and AC unit. Although it's going to cost me to get them fixed, I felt comfortable and reassured that he and his team know what they are doing and will get the job done right. I signed up for the $12.99/month maintenance plan for 1 year which gets me free service calls for a year.

  Very disappointing experience. I confirmed the appointment and drove 30 minutes to the property, but the technician never showed up. Five minutes later, I received a text saying they can’t keep their technician on site for more than 15 minutes, completely disrespectful of my time. When I called the office, I was told they couldn’t send anyone that day and I’d have to reschedule. Poor communication and no accountability. Would not recommend.
