Point Loma electric replaced the pendants above my breakfast bar with recess lights and Raul did a spectacular job. He was very thorough and honest. I also appreciated that he wore booties over his shoes. Very clean and respectful. I have more projects lined up for them.

I have no idea how this company has so many good reviews. I hired them in for a consultation for a new place that I recently bought however, the Electrician did not point out many other items that other companies did. He also lied to me saying that the work that they were going to be doing was going to take a whole day when in fact it would only be 2 to 3 hours. Definitely DO NOT recommend this company to anybody!

Palisades HVAC was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They installed our new HVAC system and the whole experience was seamless, professional, and so refreshingly easy. Carlos was INCREDIBLE. knowledgeable, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Sean was wonderful as well. We recently moved from Los Angeles after the Palisades Fire burned our town down and Carlos was so warm and welcoming us on our move to San Diego. Thank you. It’s rare to find a team that’s not only excellent at what they do but also genuinely kind. We’re so grateful for their work and couldn’t recommend Palisades HVAC more highly!

Michael was great. He fixed the problem quick and was able to suggest repairs for the future to mitigate these problems again.

Frequently Asked Questions About Point Loma Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air

Why do my electrical circuit breakers trip?

Circuit breakers trip as a safety mechanism to prevent electrical overload in the circuit, which can cause a fire. There are several reasons why circuit breakers trip, including: Overloaded circuit: If too many appliances or devices are connected to a single circuit, the circuit breaker will trip to protect the wiring. Short circuit: A short circuit occurs when a hot wire comes into contact with a neutral or ground wire, causing a high current flow. This can cause the circuit breaker to trip. Ground fault: A ground fault occurs when a hot wire comes into contact with a grounded surface, causing a high current flow. This can also cause the circuit breaker to trip. Faulty appliance: An appliance that is malfunctioning or has a damaged cord can cause the circuit breaker to trip. Old or outdated wiring: Wiring that is old or outdated may not be able to handle the current flowing through it, causing the circuit breaker to trip. It's recommended to consult with an electrician to identify the root cause and make the necessary repairs.
