I first stopped by right when they were about to close for the day, and Heather (Sales and Design Consultant) still took her time helping me choose the right shed. She didn’t rush me at all and kept designing and redesigning options until I was completely satisfied. From there, she guided me through the financing and stayed in touch throughout the fabrication, delivery, and installation. She was genuinely amazing—supportive, patient, and always on top of things. I actually ordered my shed months ago but had to keep postponing the delivery because of my busy schedule and getting the area ready. The scheduling team in Escondido...Maureen was also incredibly patient with me every time I needed to reschedule or couldn’t decide on a date. Even after six months of delays, Heather and the team were nothing but pleasant and understanding, which I really appreciated. When installation day finally came, the father–son crew (David Sr. and Jr.) who built my shed did an incredible job. They checked in with me before securing the frame, worked quickly and efficiently, and left everything clean when they were done. Since we had some rain and expected more rain later in the day and the weekend, they even said they’d come back to finish some paint touch-ups and to make sure it looks exactly how I ordered it. Overall, I’m really happy with the whole experience. Great service, great communication, and a great shed. Highly recommend!
