- JGJuan Francisco GNov 2, 20232.0I've been a client from Trane since 2018, Before Covid 1 out of 10 orders didn't arrive at the time estimated, that wasn't a problem for me then because they usually just came at the next week from the day estimated. But now on 2023, 7 out of 10 orders doesn't arrive at the time estimated, and that's not the worst part of it, they take more than 1 or 2 months since the day estimated to arrive. Also, the customer service has been decreasing lately, they don't pick up calls or mails, and if you send them mails you'll get a response in 3 weeks maximum, they only solutions is going phisically at the store, or call the same franchise but from another state (try diamondbar, they pick up phone calls and answer very quickly your mails).
