- CSChristopher Stewart!!Sep 21, 20171.0Weak and inept people at the counter. We have just had too many bad experiences to list, and received no response or seen any improvement. At this point I am writing to let everyone know just how bad a parts house can treat people. We bought a compressor. They said they had it, then when we went to pick up, they did not, but had another one that would work. We took it so we can take care of our customer, and they charged us a higher price than the quote when they claimed they had what we needed. Bait and switch? I don't know-try calling them and asking. We recorded 7 out of 10 calls to them in a week that went into a loop of phone menus. No one ever answered. Yes, we hit 0 and no one answered-right back to the menu. Anyway. just too many poor service experiences at this point. Sad tat they are ruining what used to be a great name in the Air Conditioning industry
