  Oliver R. did a great job replacing our old water heater with a new one. He was professional, took his time to ensure the water drained out properly and didn't damage the water closet, and was very friendly throughout the entire process. He installed everything properly and handled the entire interaction with professionalism. Would highly recommend!

  Updating my previous review. THA has been back to our house 6 times since installing our new furnace. It’s still broke and we don’t know what to do. Someone from THA came last week validated the furnace was throwing an error code and overheating. It’s honestly useless. Our furnace closet gets to like 200 degrees, none of the rooms get much heat at all and it shuts down. Frankly it’s probably dangerous. Each time THA sends someone to look at it they confirm its a problem and tell us they will work with the team and get back to us, they then never call us back and we have to start the process over again calling. SDGE was who referred us to THA, but I would be very careful working with them if you have a more than very straightforward simple install.
