The representative never called me & I took time off from work to be present for the phone call appointment. I would not trust this company.

The battery system lets me seamlessly run off stored energy when rates are high, and a brief flicker is all that is noticeable when the grid power goes down. The system has operated flawlessly since installation and safed itself with no damage when lightning struck just a few doors down. I give Store Energy California my very highest recommendation for excellence in planning, engineering, permitting, installation, finanicng, customer service and timely follow through.
