  This is by far one of the best experiences dealing with repairs and purchases for things in my home. From start to finish. The salesman was awesome the lady who took my payment of the phone was extremely nice. The gentlemen that installed my new hvac system were awesome. Extremely knowledgeable on the systems they were installing and great guys to have a conversation with. They were extremely understanding with me having to change the date of my install and honored the price they gave me from the very beginning even though I canceled the first time. I would recommend this company to all of my veterans friends. I am a retired Marine and have problems with asthma that’s aggravated from allergies and they installed a system that cleans the air and helps with my asthma. So grateful for this company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  AVOID - Textbook High-Pressure Sales Tactics Started with broken promises: Same Day rep at Home Depot said the inspection included filter replacement. Tech arrives and suddenly, no—I needed to supply my own filter. Should've been my first red flag. After 20 minutes of banging around, the tech emerged with his scare-tactic playbook. Claim #1: Gas leak (conveniently "not an emergency" though). Claim #2: Rust on my CO sensor. When I pointed out that the white spots in his photos weren't rust—since rust is, you know, reddish-brown—he doubled down and condescendingly asked "if I knew what rust is." Here's the kicker: My condenser was replaced last summer with zero issues reported. No rust. No gas leak. Nothing. Now suddenly I need $5,000 in repairs? I requested the estimate and photos he'd shown me. That was [timeframe]. Still waiting. Radio silence. Classic bait-and-switch operation: Low-cost inspection gets you in the door, fabricated "emergencies" try to scare you into thousands in unnecessary repairs, then they ghost when you ask for documentation. Get a second opinion from a reputable company. Better yet, skip Same Day entirely and save yourself the hassle. Rating: -1/5 stars Lastly, check out the complaints filed against them at the BBB.
