Jose, when finally answering the phone, briefly looked up part, told me they don't have it, I ask do you ever have it? Response was that none of our stores have it or carry it. When I started to ask if Rexel could get part, Jose just hung up. When I tried numerous times to call back, no one would answer. Thank you, Jose, for killing whatever customer service Rexel had left. Easy to say, I will make sure that I or my company never call this place again.
