Some quick googling let us know this was an emergency and if the neighbors upstairs wake up in the morning and start the dishwasher or something, we would have a flooded kitchen if we didn't take care of this tonight. I called one place, they said they'd call back but never heard back from them. After an hour of waiting for the other company's call back, I called RDZ. I explained the issue, they asked me some questions, and she said "let me call my plumber and I'll call you back in about 5 minutes" well 5 min or less later she called, said the plumbers are already gathering what they need, reviewed the costs with me, they got here within 30 min of my first call to them in the middle of the night, fixed the problem, cleaned up, and the invoice was exactly what they told me it would be - no shenanigans. I will be calling them for all my future plumbing needs!

On top of that, they're a legit family-owned small business that clearly still cares about the people who share their neighborhood and building relationships with their clients.
