Had a pipe leak in my ceiling. They came the same morning to do the repair. Very quick and priced reasonably well. Will call them for future repairs

Just had RDZ come in to a 'challenging' situation with old pipes and broken parts. I had a strategy for how to 'fix it myself'. They carefully explained how they would 'do it right' and explained their process. The attention to detail was inspiring. I would ( will ) use and recommend RDZ. Thank you Sandra, Manuel, Jasper!

I called RDZ on a Sunday for a garbage disposal that died. The response was wonderful. The woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful & understanding. She treated me like I believe she would want to be treated. A plumber arrived at the promised time & installed a new disposal. The charge was very reasonable. I strongly recommend you use RDZ.

Our main line was backed up. Junior responded early on a Sunday morning and came out within an hour. He had to go up on the roof to access the line. He was able to clear it, and to show me detailed pictures of what the pipes looked like. We had lots of large roots in various joints in the pipe. Junior let me know of possible future solutions for this problem and provided several estimates for the various options.
He was very professional, helpful, and came across as trustworthy. Definitely a positive experience!

My wife called this company to fix a leaking tub faucet. Sal came over Friday afternoon and gave a quote. We agreed and he said he would come by Saturday morning at 930am. He never showed up nor did he call to let us know. My wife called twice and the first time he picked up and hung up. Second time no answer.
Frequently Asked Questions About RDZ Plumbing and Drains
What is hydro jetting?
Hydro jetting forces water at about 4,000 psi through your pipes to remove tree roots, debris, and buildup. This is done to allow water and waste to flow freely through your plumbing. No chemicals are used in this process. Dealing with a clogged drain? Give us a call today!
What's a plumbing emergency?
Every homeowner will make their own decision on what's considered an emergency to them or not, but here are a few rules of thumb:
Does the problem only affect one line? If the problem is isolated to only one sink or pipe, it can probably wait until the next day.
Can you shut off the water to stop the problem? If you can temporarily fix the problem, you can then call a plumber during normal business hours.
Is there flooding through a burst pipe or is the shut-off valve not working? In this case, you should call for an emergency plumber right away!
How do I know if my main drain is clogged?
Clogs in your main drain line can result in serious damage, so it's best to have a professional plumber take care of your blockages right away. One of the first indications of blockages is poor drainage in your toilet, shower, bath, and sinks. In extreme cases, the water might not drain away whatsoever. Another indication of clogged-up drains is the presence of nasty smells, particularly around your sink and commode. You may hear gurgling noises from your drains or when your commode is flushed. All of these inform you something isn't right with your main drain line. That said, don't worry! RDZ Plumbing & Drains can service any clogged drain.
What is a slab leak?
Slab leaks occur when pipes leak below the concrete slab of your building. They're typically covered and consequently tough to detect and reach. Poor construction, inefficient water quality, high water pressure, and also pipelines rubbing against each other cause slab leaks. Usual indications you have a slab leak include discolored spots in your flooring, water outcropping from the ground, foundation activity, as well as unusual odors. Slab leakages impact your drain line, so you may also experience backups in your bathroom, sink, and shower. Slab leakages can be extremely hazardous to your house's foundation and require immediate repair services. We'd be happy to provide the emergency plumber services you need!
How do I stop tree roots from invading my plumbing?
Tree roots that invade your plumbing can create severe damage if not remedied quickly. Tree roots can break through underground plumbing, blocking the flow of water and waste to and from your home. To avoid tree root invasion, try one of these methods:
Tree Removal: If the tree continues to be a problem, have it professionally removed. The cost of tree removal will be minimal compared to constantly repairing your plumbing.
Root Barrier: Install a root barrier around any new trees by digging an 18 to 24-inch trench around the root zone. The barrier will keep the roots from invading your pipes.
Routine Plumbing Maintenance: Have a camera inspection performed every two to three years to detect invasive roots. You can spot small plumbing concerns before they become expensive repairs.
Sewer Line Cleaning: Hydro Jetting is an environmentally friendly way to clean your pipes. The intense water pressure can cut through clogs, debris, and tree roots.
