  We had a great experiences with One hour heating and AC. I called in the morning and they were able to get somebody here by 11:00 a.m. Joel was a pleasure to work with. He helped us not only get our AC issue fixed but gave a suggestion on a surge protector to help prevent the issue from happening again. We would happily work with this company again.

  Anthony was great! He came by to check our furnace, walked me through what was happening, and gave some really helpful tips to fix the issue. Super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful — you could tell he cared about making sure I understood everything. I really appreciated his time and honesty and would definitely recommend him.

  Anthony with One Hour Heating and Air came out to help us fix our heater within an hour of calling to make the appointment. He was very nice, knowledgeable and the price was amazing. He got our heater working within 30 min. I would recommend him and the company again to anyone

  My heater recently went out and it was cold at night.I couldn't get anybody to come out until the following Monday.And it was thursday. I found One Hour Heating and air. And they were able to come out the next day. The name is a little misleading because they do not come out in an hour but I was lucky they could come out in a day. Everyone else could not come out until monday and later. And it was gonna be in the mid to low forties all weekend. My appointment was monday morning between 8 and 12. Daniel called me around 10:00 and told me he was on his way front n. County and would be at my house in about 40 mln. Sure enough , he showed up right on time. He was very professional, put on Little booties. When he came in took a look around, then went outside. Got his ladder went up, took a look. Had his little camera. Then came down And showed me on his screen , what was wrong with the heater and with the pictures and everything so I would understand it and explained everything to me. It was really interesting and informative.I had never seen a lot of the stuff up there before , because I'd never been in the attic. He did get the furnace going that day.But he said he wasn't sure how long it would run , because he had to order a couple parts and come back on monday to install the parts. Unfortunately , the heater only ran a few hours that day and it was out the rest of the weekend. I had to wait until monday when they came back with the parts for it to work all the time. But now it's working fine! I would highly recommend them. They call you to remind you of the appointment they text you, they keep in touch, Etc,etc.
