Joel explained everything to where I could understand. And I didn’t tell him I spent my occupation as a diesel tech so I had a pretty good idea what he was talking about. Joel was not full of empty words and I’ve run into some con techs. I highly recommend One Hour Heat & AC and please ask for Joel.

The transformer on my heating unit was making a horrible buzzing sound and my intake vent is in my bedroom, so all I could hear was the noise and the frequency was giving me headaches. Joel knew right away what was wrong and replaced the transformer. Finally, relief!! He was so friendly and helpful and he did a full check on my unit to make sure everything was running properly and safely. Thanks again!!

They come out to collect the diagnostic fees then never want to schedule the repairs, instead they try to push for selling a brand new HVAC. After writing my first review, I received many calls from them to “make it right “ I agreed to move forward with the estimate to repair, they asked me by email to call and make an appointment. When I call to make an appointment they say they don’t have access to my repair proposal and that they will call back, this game is been going on for 2 months. Total waste of money and time.
