  Installed my shower door. Had it fail a few months later. They repaired it but it failed again in exactly the same way, one week after the warranty period expired. But they didn’t tell me I was out of warranty. Instead had me wait 2 weeks just to get onto the schedule for repair to learn it was going to cost to get repaired and take another week. I ended up going with someone else who figured out they had installed the wrong gaskets to begin with and had just over tightened the screws in the hopes it would hold. So it was going to fail again if I had let them fix it. Since the owner responded, wanted to clarify that 2/10 was not my second call to request to get added to the schedule. It was my THIRD call. During the second call still no one told me I was out of warranty and I was told to just wait until someone called me back, which no one did prompting my THIRD call. I was originally told again to just wait for a call back. I had to demand that the receptionist open the calendar and put me on the schedule. It was only after I made the demand that 2/17, almost another week away, was offered and I was told I was out of warranty.

  Several years ago I bought glass for my new corner shower door which was a tricky project and they did such a nice job. I could tell they really cared…in fact I was just finding their number now to order from them again and I saw some negative reviews and thought I should chime in. I will be a returning customer soon.

  They did a great job, very professional and polite. I had a little cleanup to do afterwards, but all in all I was very satisfied.

  I brought in a pane to be repaired. It was done by the next day. Mira Mesa Glass is fast, reasonable and personable. I have used them for 8 years, I hope to business with them for another 8!! Terry Rancho Hills Apartments

  Mira Mesa glass and screens is my go to when I need my screen replaced. They are upfront and professional every time. Their prices are great and they fast. They have installed our glass shower door and any time we need some assistance with it they are quick to help us. They have also helped in replacing a sliding mirrored closet door and screens in a rental apartment and the price was alot less than purchasing a new one. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone who needs new mirrors, glass, or screens.
