  After calling and talking to multiple different flooring companies in San Diego, I can confidently say that Metro Flooring is the place to go to. Bruce, the owner, was incredibly knowledgeable and also conveyed the information from a place of wanting what’s best for us as opposed to just trying to get the sale. He was also able to really assist us in a time of potential crisis to get the flooring that we wanted in the timeframe that we needed it. My experience in shopping for Flooring was that it was very difficult to know if the recommendations that were being made to me were because it was in the interest of the flooring stores profit margins, or if the advice was truly for what was best for us. There’s no question here that Bruce cares about long-term customer satisfaction above all else in beliefs that that is what will lead to his businesses long-term success, and will prioritize that over short-term profits. Bruce also seemed to do a great job curating which companies and flooring manufacturers they carry.

  We couldn't be happier how Metro Flooring, and Bruce Koren in particular, helped turn a burst pipe insurance nightmare into beautifully installed luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout our condo. He was easy to reach whenever we had questions, provided all the information the insurance company needed, helped us secure the insurance company's paying for all connected rooms, not just the rooms affected by the water damage, and gave us dialog in dealing with the insurance company. On top of that, Metro's pricing made it affordable for us to switch from carpet to LVP, plus cover the area that was not connected to the damaged room without breaking the bank for what wasn't covered. I've included some pictures of the process. Highly recommend Metro Flooring.

  I would leave no stars if I could. My wife and I were contemplating moving to this area and I call for some general info on my profession in that area and the employee as well as the manager were both extremely rude and unhelpful and hung up on me. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life and definitely will not be looking to move there which is sad because that ignorant man his name is Bruce left a horrible impression of what that area is like and how the people are and how they treat one another because here in Pennsylvania we would be helpful we will be accommodating and there’s nothing more important than a good customer service I think maybe I’ll just stay on the East Coast or go somewhere out west but that man was rude just a Horrible miserable person I feel sorry for you Bruce I don’t know what you’re going through but you need Jesus
