  After calling and talking to multiple different flooring companies in San Diego, I can confidently say that Metro Flooring is the place to go to. Bruce, the owner, was incredibly knowledgeable and also conveyed the information from a place of wanting what’s best for us as opposed to just trying to get the sale. He was also able to really assist us in a time of potential crisis to get the flooring that we wanted in the timeframe that we needed it. My experience in shopping for Flooring was that it was very difficult to know if the recommendations that were being made to me were because it was in the interest of the flooring stores profit margins, or if the advice was truly for what was best for us. There’s no question here that Bruce cares about long-term customer satisfaction above all else in beliefs that that is what will lead to his businesses long-term success, and will prioritize that over short-term profits. Bruce also seemed to do a great job curating which companies and flooring manufacturers they carry.

  Why would I go back to Metro Flooring? Because of Lisa L. I have several flooring shops within a mile of each other on Miramar, and I visited all of them. In all stores, Lisa L. stood above every store rep regarding offering great advice, was so kind, patient with my questions, and exceedingly professional, not just with me, but all others with whom she interacted in the store. Due to technical foundation problems that we need to fix first, we are delaying our purchase, but will engage with Lisa L. in the future as well as recommending her to my friends.

  My family has been dealing with Metro Flooring since the early 1990’s. Their service and products are always exactly on point. Nat, Bruce and Mike always provide personal, professional service above and beyond.

  It has been our pleasure to work with Mike and his team again on two recent high value projects in UTC and La Jolla. The flooring activity was addressed and closed out to a very high standard and rapid fire. Mikes overall management was excellent and most obliging after tough negotiations. Mike excelled again in resolving a blinds issue in a property without hesitation. Thank you, Mike
