I bought Brazilian oak engineered wood last year and this year I need stair nose to expand project. I was glad they still have the same product in the store so I ordered new stair nose. But today when my contractor comes and I open the box, I find the color of the stair nose is totally different than what I got last year. Not even the color, but the pattern of the wood. I come back to store and check what’s happened, but they said they can’t do anything but just return. Now my project has no where to go and I feel so frustrated. The most weird thing is the wood pattern is totally different of them even if they state they are the same type of wood, and I will try to find an inspector to check. [05/31] Same day update: their operation team called me and ask me drop off the sample to send it back to their provider. They said they would use the sample to find the exact stair nose I requested. Dropped off and waiting for future update.
