  Professional and very thorough. In addition to John's comprehensive written report, he gave us a helpful verbal summary at the end of the inspection. My Buyers were able to have all their questions on the spot. I highly recommend John.

  John was so thorough during inspection and super helpful in answering questions we have from the report. I’m really glad that we hired him for the inspection of a property we consider buying.   I have used John for my current home as well as many other potential homes that I have wanted to purchase. He is the most thorough and professional and friendliest home inspector ever! This past time he spent over four hours at my property, making sure that everything was inspected. He even had the resort done the next day. I love how he explained everything and made sure that I was comfortable with everything. He is also very reasonable and his pricing. I 100% trust John!!!!

After losing two offers because of an exaggerated inspection report, my Realtor suggested we hire John Robinson / John Robinson's Inspection Group, and I’m so glad we did. With over 26 years of experience, he truly knows what he’s doing. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His report was fair, detailed, and realistic — he pointed out minor cosmetic things, but nothing blown out of proportion. You could tell he’s not out to scare people, just to give an honest, accurate assessment. If you’re planning to sell your home, I highly recommend doing your own inspection first — and John Robinson is absolutely the one to call.
