The installation was seamless and it was very clear that they took pride in their work. The layout and staggering of the planks is perfect. There was a tricky part along the railing that we assumed would just get caulked, but they ripped a baseboard and ran it in the very small gap without being asked. I researched ahead of time to figure out roughly how much the cost would be so and the quote came back exactly that price, and it was worth every penny. It’s very stressful as it’s hopefully a once in a lifetime purchase, so we are very glad we got it right.
