- CPChris PearsonMay 13, 20205.0Carlos and his Team are experienced professionals that are passionate about what they do. Frankly, I don't understand the issues experienced by the other individual. It is widely accepted in the world of artisan contractors, plumbers, glazing professionals, electricians, stone restoration teams etc should at minimum expect to bring in around $1000 per day of the job including mobilization, parts, insurance and other overhead costs. Skilled commercial glass providers know quality, if they handle glass from dodgey providers or take low ball jobs they don't benefit at all, they take on the risk of breakage, coloration inconsistencies and no warranty or customer support from the manufacturer with low return. They know better than to put their name on job opportunities who don't understand the value, risk and painstaking effort being an expert in glass services require. When someone speaks frank with you regarding their expertise, they actually tend to be an expert who will save you far more in the long run. Carlos and his team will take care of your needs and not leave you hanging. Customer service is never valued by the lowest price, it's valued by the greatest peace of mind the individual provides the customer and their willingness to stand behind the products and services they put their name on.

My husband and I meet with Carlos and he asked what was our budget. I answered $1000 more or less but would like a quote and some ideas. Carlos responded by saying "I wouldn't get out of bed for that!". My husband asked if he could recommend someone, Carlos responded, "the guys outside Home Depot could probably do it!" I always believed in helping out our local businesses but this time I was wrong. The few minutes that my husband and I spoke with Carlos I realized he was not going to help us and it was all about the money. Carlos mentioned if our project would cost $2500 and above he would send out someone to our location to measure. Don't recommend!
