Edward, Kale, & Nikolas were very professional, pleasant, positive & respectful of my home & garden. They even constructed a bridge to protect my plants! Excellent communication throughout the process. Left the job site spotless when they were finished. I can't say enough about this company. They effortlessly took care of a very stressful situation. I plan on using Edward Dean for further work at my home.

Our dry out company had recommended another General Contractor, but we had nothing but problems with them. I found Edward Dean on Yelp and he was able to come right over to look at the job. He even made himself available when the Insurance Company Adjuster was over pointing out additional items that needed to be fixed and repaired. Edward was able to work with my wife and I to redesign our kitchen as well as to repair the damage from the flood / asbestos abatement. Edward's main carpenter Brett did a fabulous job with the cabinets. We liked their work so much we added a few additional jobs to to the project to replace some doors and door frames. We definitely would recommend Edward Dean Design and Build to anyone. We will definitely use them again for our next house remodel project.
