    We have been customers of Carini Home Services for several years. Recently, Carini Services performed our winter maintenance work on our mini split systems, and we couldn’t be more satisfied.     Carini came for my yearly inspection of my Mitsubishi ductless mini-split system. The technician, Cameron, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked the outdoor compressor and both indoor units, cleaned the filters, and inspected the drains, blower wheels, temperatures, copper connections, motherboards, and all wiring connections. Carini technicians are always first-class, and Cameron was no exception. Excellent service from start to finish.

    I seldom leave reviews but since these guys insisting to get a review I’ll leave one. I installed a DIY Mr. Cool mini split and after everything was done it was not working so I called to get a technician to look at it. When he arrived the next day Right off the bat he said you just forgot to put in the fuses in the disconnect box. So he called the office and explained that I was just missing the fuse and he went to his car and got the fuses but he wanted me to sign the estimate first which was $300. The initial estimate was $89 which I specifically asked if it would go towards the repairs and at the time I called they said sure. So I thought $300 was a lot to place two fuses in, I just paid the $89 and I did it myself. So it would’ve been a much better review if they had charged me $89 plus triple the cost of the fuses and everyone would have been happy. By the way the technician was great but wrong call by the management. Cheers.
