- RRRJMar 23, 20241.0I went there to get prices for two 8'x9' sliding glass doors. And, for replacement slides for some of my Marvin windows that I bought there 14 years ago. Shiv was the salesman. He was very thorough and seemed to know the products. At the end of the visit he said he would email me quotes for 4 varieties of doors I had chosen. And, get info about the window slides. I emailed him pictures of my old door areas and of my window issue. Called him once & emailed him again. It's been 4 weeks. Haven't heard anything from him. So I'll take my business elsewhere.

Nathan Alexander from Builder's Window Supply helped me with the selection. He went through the pros and cons of the materials and I chose a Milgard product, which I'm happy with. He also referred me to Raul Marquez of Distinct Windows and Doors for installation. The sill width on the old door was not standard, so Nathan and Raul worked together to ensure that I ordered the correct size. Delivery was right on schedule, and Raul's team did an excellent job of installation.
