  Be ready to pay far more than the quoted price. They’ll promise to reuse your existing appliances, faucets, lights, and more, but ended up insist on replacing them anyway, claiming they’re “old” — even if they’re only a few years old and lightly used. We had to replaced our Rho system which is only 4 y.o and they told me that’s part of the renovation process. We also had to replace the Garbage disposal, under the cabinet lights and buying missing parts for the faucets. Reinstalled appliances have with small dents, which they’ll deny seeing or say were there before. Floors get scratched during installation, but apparently it’s my fault because I said I want to get my floor replaced at some point. Cabinets are noticeably smaller than standard sizes, making it tough to fit everything inside. The exterior looks nice, but the quality feels subpar. Changing styles costs extra—even if you’re choosing something less expensive overall. For some reason, whatever you want now is suddenly priced higher, you will need to pay more. And if they “forget” to order the style you were originally wanted, they will try to charge you for open-box returns. The stone is much nicer, but not fully polished. There are rough spots everywhere, but I was told to buy my own polishing kits and do it myself. I found a few areas that have small chips, I asked to have some sealer for me to use , I was told not to use anything and just leave those areas alone. The whole process was frustrating, because the communication between us , the salesperson ( especially), and the installer is terrible. They constantly blame each other—and then me—for every mistake and refuse to take responsibility. They’ll only own up to small issues, then act like they’re being incredibly helpful and accommodating. Originally I was going to do more business with them for my bathrooms,flooring, etc but… (We bought all materials and had BCS demo and renovated our full kitchen. ) ———————— Replying to Jenny, 1. Ace sent one text yesterday, saying the same thing he always said to me, and you replied to this shortly later. Please don’t frame this as though every possible effort was made and that I am simply unreachable. 2. None of the issues I raised are new. I have brought them up repeatedly, and nothing has changed. Each time, I receive the same response: “I know renovations are stressful; we’re here to help—please let me know if there’s anything I can do.” Despite these statements, no meaningful action has followed. 3. It should not come as a surprise that I posted this. I previously stated that I would, and even that did not result in any change. P.S. I am not hard to reach when there is a genuine effort to address these concerns, as someone else from your company had no difficulty contacting me regarding payment. Thank you Vy
