  Had a nice experience with your technician, Adrian Soto. He was very pleasant and professional even under the unfortunate circumstance of not actually being able to help us because of the timing with the technical support being closed. However, he had a great attitude and enjoyed his company.

  Once again The White Glove Guys knocked it out of the park. Kerry Vaughn showed up right on time, gave a very thorough diagnosis and was able to get me a follow up appointment early the next day. It’s nice to know that these guys are there when you really need them.

  Our plumbing project was a massive one. It took 3 weeks to complete. The majority of the work was done by Beto and Ozzie with 2 trenches, one ending up to be 8 feet deep through lime, clay, and tree roots. Yes, only 2 men but they did it with a smile and respect. They never left us in the evenings without water. It was completed by Jorge, George, Carlos, and "the boss" Tony Padilla. They cleaned up after themselves and we were all glad that the project was completed with a 50-year warranty, way beyond my husband's and my lifetime. Yes, we would recommend ASI if we were asked for a referral.

  Antonio Gonzalez with ASI did a fantastic job. We needed our furnace valve replaced. The original part had been discontinued, and the replacement part required an adapter that was tricky. In addition, the old valve had originally been put in (by a different company) with kind of a “glue-like putty” that had hardened like a rock. It was a difficult job. But he worked hard on it, and got the old valve out and the new one installed. Everything worked perfectly when he left. He was also very nice and answered all of our questions very clearly. I would highly recommend ASI and Antonio Gonzalez in particular.

  To start I pay the yearly membership with ASI with the promise of discounts and “moving to the head of the line.” I made an appointment for today 2-5 to replace a bathtub faucet due to a significant leak. I get a call from ASI explaining they’re short staffed and they’ll be here closer to 5 or I could reschedule. I declined to reschedule because it’s a pretty big leak. I call again close to 5 to ask for an ETA. Now I’m told 6-8 and they’ll call 30 minutes prior to arrival. It’s now 7:51pm. No call and their offices are closed. I had to miss plans I had to wait for ASI. And they’re still not here. So much for being pushed to the head if the line with a membership. I feel I’m going ti have to call another plumber.
