  On Friday I got a quote for installing a dishwasher, garbage disposal and faucet for $4134 from Anderson Plumbing. There’s no removal just install. I called Pieper Plumbing they came out yesterday and did a beautiful install job for $590. Waste of $49 I paid Anderson for the quote.

  I recently discovered a water leak in my home and, after cutting an exploratory hole to try to locate the source, I called Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air for help. Joseph Mordecai was dispatched to my home, and from the moment he arrived, he worked with me step‑by‑step to track down the issue. Thanks to his expertise and thorough troubleshooting, Joseph determined that the most likely cause was a failed wax seal on the toilet directly above the leak. Instead of pushing for more invasive (and expensive) exploratory work, he recommended starting with the simplest and most logical fix: checking the toilet seal. Once he removed the toilet, it was immediately clear that the wax ring had indeed failed. Joseph replaced the seal, reinstalled the toilet, and cleaned up the entire area efficiently and professionally. He also explained that a small amount of residual water might continue to drip for a short time but reassured me that his work was fully guaranteed — as is the case with all Anderson technicians. Joseph was friendly, highly knowledgeable, and excellent at explaining what he was doing and why. He also took the time to walk me through what other potential issues could be if the leak persisted, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. I highly recommend Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air — and especially Joseph — for any plumbing needs. His honesty, skill, and professionalism truly stand out.

  Katrina was very knowledgeable on all things plumbing and kind. She did her best to make Andersons mistake correct. Anderson booked the wrong appointment so she could not repair any of the issues as she did not have the truck with needed supplies. Anderson knew exactly what needed be done and said everything would get done and instead nothing was able to be done. But Katrina was able to book the right person to come back and fix everything

  We had a great experience with Judd and his partner from Anderson. They came to connect a fire feature in our back yard to the main gas line. They were prompt, communicative, answered all of our questions and left us feeling confident that the job was done to standard and was safe - we are going to be using Anderson going forward for all of our plumbing needs based on this experience.

  We've had this kitchen drain unplugged by their competitors years ago with no follow-up issues. We do not put grease down the drain as we have learned many years ago. Due to their excessive advertising we decided to try them especially with their $63 deal offered on the phone. (Now $57 "Iron clad guarantee") Not only did they not initially honor the stated deal but they did not use the clean out (much less than 75 ft from the kitchen drain) every one of their competitors has used in the past. They just used cleanout under kitchen sink even though we told them what their competitors have used in the past. Very egregious, we caught them spraying or ? water outside kitchen near a grate claiming a water leak, THINKING WE DIDNT SEE THEM, asking us to let them do a free camera inspection of the "potential leak" - we refused and of course there was no water leak, checked later that day and days after even after sprinklers cycled - THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST. ( this is something dishonest auto mechanics do) A few days later the drain backed up again. They came out today to do a follow-up under warranty. THEY REFUSED properly clean out the drain line as PROMISED WARRANTY work, now CLAIMING our DRAIN LINES ARE TOO OLD, NEVER MENTIONED IN THE FIRST VISIT. We will never use or recommend this company again and quite surprised by their dishonesty.
