Had an old outdoor pipe crack right above a spigot just as I was leaving town, and had to shut off main water supply. Needed a repair fast and Anderson PHA sent Dylan within about 30 mins. (I do have their membership plan.) Dylan quickly repaired the pipe with a new spigot installed, a restored main water supply. Very responsive and professional; prices are on the higher side tho.

My elderly mother in law was charged $3,449 by Anderson Plumbing for a small faucet leak, basket strainer, and pressure valve. She was pressured to sign a tablet contract on Labor Day without family present. The invoice said “No breakdown will be provided” and even added a maintenance plan she never requested. Other plumbers quoted $800 to $1,800 for the same work. We have filed a BBB complaint and requested a refund. Families with elderly relatives should be very cautious with this company.

Working with Anderson was a 10 out of 10 experience. I never thought I’d get so excited about a plumbing company but here we are. Their plumbers are extremely knowledgeable and can solve any problem. They are also friendly with great customer service. We worked with Judd Anderson on a complex project that multiple other plumbers had passed on before we contacted Anderson. He got really excited about it, explaining all of the options in great detail and executing flawlessly once we decided on a path. He clearly loves his job and it shows. His strengths are deep knowledge, a passion for his work, great communication and a tremendous work ethic. He’s also really friendly and great to talk to. He builds trust easily and we felt very comfortable having him guide us on the project. Thanks Judd and the team at Anderson! You are wonderful!

Recently Carlos Garcia from Anderson’s performed a comprehensive inspection and maintenance service for my heating and AC units. He was thorough, efficient and friendly. He kept me informed of his findings throughout the appointment. I have had extensive heating/AC and plumbing replacement work done with Anderson the past few years, and I am always very impressed with the high standards of the work, and the fine people who performed the work.

Reducing to 1 star. 1) Anderson's shoddy toilet drain install now needs to be re-done by our contractor. 2) "Roofer" Anderson sent to finish vent install they contracted to do but did not know how was not a roofer & his work now needs to be fixed by a real roofer. Huge expensive mistake letting Anderson anywhere near our home & despite their comment - no "Client Relations" has reached out. I do not recommend Anderson for sewer/drain work. We hired them to replace old cast iron with ABS in a small bathroom that already had the floor and walls open and to install lining in our old cast iron main out to the street. We were willing to pay more than we could have to get it done by an experienced company that would do it right the first time so we could continue with a remodel as soon as possible. It was supposed to be 3-to-5-day job. It took multiple weeks. Almost every part of the bathroom work had to be re-done. The toilet drain they installed was not to code. The shower vent they installed was not where it was supposed to be and was the wrong size pipe. The shower drain they installed drained up rather than down to the main line. After they cut out the crawlspace main line that served the bathroom and kitchen, they told us we could use the kitchen drain because they had temporarily redirected the kitchen drain elsewhere. They had not. This was a Friday. We did not discover until Monday morning that a weekend’s worth of kitchen waste had flooded the crawlspace under the bathroom. They told us they would clear out the standing water/kitchen waste. They did not try to do so until a day later. We are still trying to dry out where it flooded. I told the sales guy that I thought our neighbor’s main line might join ours somewhere on our property. He assured me it did not. The lining project was delayed when the lining guys were shocked to discover that the neighbor’s main joined ours, just like I had told the sales guy I thought might be the case. The morning after they shot the lining, I looked in the hole they shot the lining from and saw that the connection they had installed was leaking. I told one of the Anderson guys. He assured me that it was only temporary and they would fix it. They did not. Instead they buried it. The scope of work they wrote called for Anderson to test everything they installed for leaks. They did not test anything before they buried it. When they finally tested for leaks after I demanded it, they ended up having to dig out the same hole again and fix the leak they created and did not fix the first time I pointed it out. The scope of work they wrote called for a roof vent to be installed. Instead of fully installing it, they ran it up to the plywood under the roof and stopped it there as a blocked vent. They did not tell us they installed an unfinished vent that did not vent. I just happened to look up and see that the vent did not actually vent anywhere. Turns out they do not know how to install a roof vent, despite their writing it in the scope of work. They failed to install multiple clean outs that they had written into the scope of work. To top it off, before any of these issues were addressed, when I tried to get the sales guy/”project manager” to actually show up at the site and see the problems – he texted me that no further inspections were needed because Anderson had determined that the project was complete, and he would be by to collect payment. To Anderson’s credit, and the only reason this review has any stars, once I called the company HQ after receiving that text, Hugo, Lonnie, and Alex did the best they could to fix everything we had found that Anderson had messed up, though I still have concerns about things we have not yet found based on the quality of the initial work. I also appreciate that they did not charge us extra for the ten minutes it took to cap off a now-abandoned pressurized line that we discovered was leaking. That does not, however, make up for the fact that we paid top dollar for a three to five day project to be done right the first time. That is not what we got.
