  Christopher Porter arrived looking very professional, he was prompt and polite to chat with. He got the job done quickly and was very tidy. I appreciate Anderson hiring people like Christopher who was a joy to have in my home.

  This is the 1st time we ever called Anderson Plumbing. We had a water heater leak in our garage and after calling them, Christian Rosales was sent right away. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. After he educated us about the tankless water heater, we decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater, whole house carbon filter and anti-scale flow tech for complete reverse osmosis of our homes water supply. Christian and Raymond's work was outstanding and they answered all of our questions and concerns. We highly recommend Christian and Raymond because of their excellent work !

  Anderson did an excellent job replacing our water heater, including getting us set up with mold mitigation, drywall repair, and helping with documentation for insurance. Quotes were straightforward, work was excellent, and the plumber was very pleasant to work with. Hopefully we're done with big plumbing jobs for a while, but I know who to call if we need anything.

  I had a seamless experience with this company, from start to finish. I decided to get a reverse osmosis water system installed, because I realized how important it is to have the best quality drinking water. It was super fast and easy to book an appointment for someone to come give me an estimate, and then to book installation. It’s important to me (especially as a woman who lives alone) to have people coming into my home who make me feel comfortable. Mitch was very professional, friendly, and helpful. We booked the installation - Raymond and his colleague did a great job with installation, and were very respectful of my home. They communicated very thoroughly through the whole process, and I feel like I got a great value. Mitch was even able to connect my RO system to my ice maker in my fridge, which was an amazing bonus with my purchase. I highly recommend this company, and will use them again for future needs.

  The service was great. The The plumber removed the clog within less than 30 minutes. However, I do take issue with their pricing. They advertise that they will unclog a drain for $63 otherwise it will be free. However, the plumber Said it was more complex/tricky because we have a dual sink set up. And he said that the charge would be $278, which is more than four times what was advertised. At this point, I should have probably called another plumber, but I just wanted to get it done.We went ahead and had him proceed with the work. HOWEVER, I do think that their advertising practices are deceptive. I would rate the work as four stars, but overall rating is only two stars because of what they charged us.
