    My landlord used this company to install new carpets. Is it just me, or should these workers wear booties on the new carpet while installing? This "boss" guy refused to put them on, gave me an attitude, and I had to ask 3 times. For the amount of money people pay for services, I'd expect better. Not impressed and do not recommend.

    Worked with floor planner Mark Hancock to replace carpet in 5 bedrooms and lay engineered hardwood in the entryway and livingroom. Mark was fabulous to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking to update your flooring needs and desires. Love the carpet and padding and also love the hardwood. Carpet installation was so awesome!!! Javier was lead for the carpet and he was the ultimate professional. Many many years of experience. The laying of the hardwood was also awesome!!! Angel and Oscar were fabulous to work with. They also installed all the baseboard and it all looks fabulous. Unfortunately, Angel needed to order more planks and our hallway and a closet is yet to be finished. I absolutely love what is done.

    We had our flooring installed 5 months ago and the price that they gave us in the contract went up four different times during the installation process. It ended up costing $1,000 more. And we just found that the planks were lifting up and buckling. And it has only been 5 months

    I called America's Finest Carpet Co. the other day to make an appointment. The man who answered the phone was unbelievably rude. I will take my carpet cleaning needs elsewhere.

    Very dissatisfied with this company.. lorenzo, the store manager was quite rude and condescending. I was quoted a firm price for carpeting and the price went up three times in three calls to the store. When I challenge the price, the store manager denied the price he quoted me just the day before. I will NEVER use this company and strongly recommend anyone who considers working with these people be very cautious and get everything in writing before doing business with them.
