- CKChristine KapsnerJun 30, 20245.0I highly recommend Allied Contracting! The dirt storage area under my townhome flooded from the storms that hit San Diego earlier this year. I met with a couple of contractors to gain knowledge and learn about options. I chose John Connolly and Allied Contracting because I was impressed with the solutions that John proposed. He was patient and answered all my questions. I was looking for a permanent solution to water issues that could come up in future years. He and his team did not disappoint. I was overwhelmed about the situation. Allied Contracting helped me make it through the last of the storms and then proceeded with the start of the project which involved digging next to the foundation, graveling, waterproofing, slopping, and concrete work. He came up with the idea of doing a built-in planter box too which I love. There were a couple of issues related to the common area adjacent to my unit and without hesitation, there were solutions. The team was hardworking, polite, and trustworthy. Overall, an excellent experience!
