  We upgraded our wood garage door today to a new aluminum and dark glass model that we got from ADS garage doors. Antonio and his assistant did an excellent job The workmanship was excellent and everything operates smoothly. I appreciate the precision and clean finish. Thank you for the quality work. I highly recommend Antonio.

  Great customer service, first of all, and most important to me. The candy at the front desk sells me every time, lol. They have working sample garage doors with a great selection to experience hands on. All the details were taken care of for me. Wonderful!

  Automatic Door Specialist ADS employee Jacob Guerrero arrived at my home at the appointed time for a scheduled service for a safety check and tune-up for my garage door. He first introduced himself as an ADS employee. He then discussed with me the service to be performed. He further asked if I had any questions and immediately proceeded to work on my door. Jacob answered my questions and educated me in terms that I could clearly understand. He was friendly, courteous, and personable. I thank him for his kind manners.   I had such a great experience with ADS Garage Doors and Gates Repair. Arturo Ayala was my technician and Justin was the one I spoke with over the phone — both of them were absolutely awesome to work with. What I appreciated most was their honesty. Unfortunately, I’ve had other companies come out, see my ZIP code, and immediately try to overcharge. That was not the case here. They were straightforward, transparent, and very fair. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. I first contacted them on a Saturday, and they got back to me that Monday to come out and assess the gate. I was originally scheduled for the following week, but when an earlier opening became available on Thursday, February 12, they called me right away and moved me up. That really showed me how organized and on top of things they are. Everything was maintained and handled properly, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. Arturo was personable, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about doing the job right. Justin was responsive, helpful, and made scheduling easy. Overall, they provided excellent customer service. It’s rare to find a company that feels this trustworthy. You can tell they’re doing things the right way. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door or gate repair.
