After install service is non existent and it seems they will take advantage of elderly customers to appease their obvious lack of technicians. We have had nothing but headaches dealing with this unprofessional company and after 3 reschedules and last minute excuses why they are wasting our time, we have given up dealing with this company. I can only guess the good reviews on google must have been bought because we have had nothing but problems dealing with this company lately. My suggestion, take your buisness elsewhere for any HVAC services you need unless you like to waste your valuable time and money. They obviously don't care. T Mortenson
- ASAlexander SharpSep 9, 20245.0We’ve used this company twice now - excellent experience both times. The second time our tech was a guy named German Anguiano. He helped us out in the middle of the September 2024 heat wave (in Poway!). Action was able to get us an appointment in less than 24 hours! German was on time, really knew his stuff, helpful, diagnosed the problem immediately & fixed it just as quickly. Really great company and techs (both times! Just don’t recall the first guy’s name as it was a year ago). We will definitely continue to use Action & recommend them to others.
- KKKimberly KlecaDec 30, 20175.0The duct installation went very well. I replaced our entire duct system and the job took about 6 hours and they did a good job with the cleanup. The "first two" installers were kind and professional. During the install there were four registers that ended up getting bent or not fitting correctly and Ruben (one of the first stallers) came back the next day to replace and fix the four registers. He was really great and did a good job with the install.
