  I am so thankful for Anderson’s unparalleled professionalism and experience. Diosdado (Dee) is fantastic. I had an issue with my tub waste and overflow that was complicated because of a previous renovation where plumbing expertise was lacking. When I called Anderson, they were incredibly helpful from the start and told me they felt confident their experts would know what to do. Dee assessed the situation and showed me pictures of how he would correct my plumbing based on my unique situation. He took the time to answer all my questions, discuss multiple solutions based on my preferences, and walk me through the exactly what had to be done. He and Andrew were done in a day and half, and made this entire project 100% stress free. I cannot emphasize how important trust, confidence and professionalism are for those invited to work on your home — and Dee from Anderson exemplifies those standards, beyond measure . When they say, “How can we make you smile today?” Anderson means it.

  Good customer service. Dylan was great and I’m glad we had his help for the toilet installation and replacing the shut off valve because there was more to it with shutting off the main water to the complex, but the cost was pretty ridiculous. Quote was given prior to knowing the complications too. I agreed to the cost out of convenience and because I was determined to get everything done that day, but I’m pretty positive I could have found the same service for half the price. Definitely felt ripped off, but that was my decision to move forward. So it is what it is.

  I’ve been a VIP membership customer with Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air since I bought my house five years ago. It was an old house that I could tell was going to need various repairs and house calls as issues popped up. We have been impressed and pleased with every call we’ve made to Anderson whether it’s been for plumbing issues or HVAC; the team members they send out are always totally professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They’re responsive and quick to get our problems fixed. Pricing is transparent and they advise us regarding repairs and upgrades that are the best value for us. Our service call today was routine maintenance of the 11 year old HVAC system we inherited in our house and, as always, Kevin did a great job and gave good advice about keeping our system running well. It works better now than when we first bought the house! I appreciate that Anderson is proactive about making sure that we get value out of our VIP membership, too.

  Called them for information. My heating system was going on and off. THey did nothing on the first visit, and said I needed to join a monthly service. They would come back out once the summer months were over to test it. They still couldn't fix it. I asked them about a new system including air conditioning. They said they could only offer a ductless minisplit for my bedroom, but no good options for the rest of the house. I called Guthrie and Sons. THey were great. THey came out and within two days retrofitted a ducted Daikin minisplit system serving my entire house of 5000 sf with three modules. THey used my pre-existing ducts and connected the air intake device by crawling under the raised foundation. Unlike Anderson, they have a can-do attitude.

  I recently worked with Emilio Gonzales at Anderson Plumbing, Heating, and Air in San Diego for a water heater installation and could not be more impressed. The job turned out to be more complicated than expected due to some pre-existing issues with our old unit that were completely out of his control, but Emilio worked incredibly hard, kept us updated throughout the entire process, and even took some money off the final price when things ran longer than anticipated. That kind of honesty and integrity says a lot. We now have a hybrid electric water heater that has been working great, and the whole experience was a pleasure. If you're in San Diego and dealing with any water heater or plumbing issues, I'd highly recommend reaching out to Emilio and the team at Anderson. You're in great hands.
