ADS's quote was $1000+ less for the same (if not better) quality door, opener, and labor, AND their ETA was 3-4 weeks faster. All to work with a local company? Easy choice! We received timely text updates after placing the order, including photos & intros of our technicians—both a friendly personal touch and nice security protocol when welcoming someone into your home. On top of all that, the work was flawless! Antonio was able to deliver on a tricky ask to have our new door roll up in between ceiling beams—giving us precious more inches of headway, along with the new sidewinder opener. There are little details, like how he ran the new wiring, that show a true care for detail and pride in craft that you just don't see much these days. And yes, he arrived on time and finished early 😄 Am I seriously this enthused about a garage door? Yes. It sounds crazy to me, too, but y'all know how painful house projects can be in the wrong hands. When you have tne opposite experience, it's such a relief.
