  I recently had my roof replaced on my home in Aliso Viejo and had an excellent experience working with JL Ray Roofing. From the initial consultation through the completion of the project, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I worked directly with Toby and Steve, and both of them were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to clearly explain the process, timeline, and materials involved. Communication was great throughout the entire project, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The crew did a fantastic job with the installation and kept the job site clean and organized. The quality of the work really stood out, and the finished roof looks great. Their pricing was also very reasonable compared to other quotes I received, and the value for the level of workmanship and service was excellent. I would absolutely recommend JL Ray Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, professional roofing company. Toby and Steve were a pleasure to work with, and I’m very happy with the results.

  I had a leak over Xmas, called Nico and he responded immediately. Great follow up and fixed the problem. He was outstanding.

  Our 50 year roofs were sealed completely.We have two roofs with our multi level home. JLRay has worked with us before and this was a great option for us.

  Reroof w new plywood and self adhere fire rated cap sheets. Installed wrong product. Worked through a resolution to keep on the wrong product. Installed incorrectly as 1/3 of roof had mole runs within two weeks. At least 5 call backs as the seems were not fully adhered in various places along seems of cap sheets before finishing the install. A very unfortunate experience on a low pitch rectangle 1100 square foot flat roof.

  I truly have no words to express my gratitude to J.L. Ray Company and especially to Steve. After completely exhausting my options, my brother’s contractor referred me to them, and by the grace of God, they answered the phone. Within less than 45 minutes, Steve had a crew at my home. And this was on Christmas Eve morning as it was pouring rain. I was overwhelmed, stressed, and honestly feeling pretty emotional when Steve stepped in and came to my rescue. That kind of responsiveness and care is rare these days. If you are even considering calling J.L. Ray Company, don’t hesitate. They are responsive, punctual, reliable, professional, and genuinely kind. Qualities you just don’t see often anymore. Thank God for Steve and his team. I am beyond grateful.
