My technician Jenri was on time and very professional and had the best attitude. Got my hot water up and running then came back the next day as promised with the new part. He took the time to show me what the problem was and upon my request explained everything he was doing. They now have a customer for life at my beach home. Lastly there prices were extremely fair for the work that was performed.

Chris did a great job explaining our plumbing issue with no pressure. Actually was helpful and didn’t try to upsell me. In fact he talked me out of a costly repair that another plumber was pushing. I will definitely only use him in the future

Absolutely no concern for my time. First off the law says the vendor is required to give you a 2 hr window for service, not 3. Then after my reaching out several times, each time the service tech would be here in 20-30 minutes, it was 3 more hours. To be clear, the service technician was professional, kind, apologized several times. He did his job quickly and efficiently. I have very little time off, an entire day all of it was wasted. I cannot get that time back, I cannot get my other responsibilities done in the day I have left. Extremely unhappy with the service provided by the company not the service technician.

I recently noticed some bubbling on my ceiling around a drywall patch and was worried it might be caused by a drain leak. Gavin came out to take a look and thoroughly checked for moisture to make sure there wasn’t a hidden issue. Thankfully, he was able to determine that there was no leak and that the bubbling was simply due to a poor drywall patch job.
Gavin was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what signs would indicate a real moisture or plumbing problem. He answered all of my questions patiently and clearly, which really helped me understand what was going on. Most importantly, he gave me complete peace of mind that there isn’t a larger issue to worry about.
