  It was great initially, until it went wrong with the final exterior door measurements. I had gone to the Cupertino location, and Jesse Olague from the San Carlos store was there and helped out initially. When I was ready to order, I went back to the Cupertino store and worked with a different sales person that didn’t know some details. I called Jessi again and he was willing to help me with the Thermatru door order. I forwarded the quote I received from the Cupertino store to Jesse and the only minor changes were design changes - privacy glass style and divided lights. The measurements didn’t change at all. When Jesse created a new order and sent it over to approve, he said it was exactly the same door, but with the glass style I wanted, etc. The jamb size I needed was 4 5/8 and my initial original quotes were all this size. I didn’t expect anything to change in the new order Jesse sent. My final $5000+ door was 5 1/4 jamb size. Jesse had changed the size in the order and I missed seeing it. Now, I have to get to make it work with this expensive door, and try to hide the extra depth inside the house or make it work some way. They don’t come out and measure and that’s a big downfall! They are the least apologetic. For a few $100 savings, I went here. I could have been better off buying somewhere else. Careless and incompetent sales people!

  It was such an enjoyable pleasure working with Argonaut. They e got enough choices in our price range to choose from. We are on a budget but couldn't get the right answers & service anywhere else. Once you're ready, the buying process is quick & efficient. Highly recommend asking for Jessie, he's a great guy that listens to what you need & answered our questions really well. Good luck!

  We renovated our home starting in early 2024. We visited Argonaut W&D and met with Ray Matel. Ray was wonderful at helping us to pick the right windows, skylight, and exterior/interior doors. We told Ray what we generally wanted and he patiently explained all the features, costs and trade-offs for the products we were looking for. Once our windows and external door were delivered, Ray helped with follow up service to correct two missing window grills - which Argonaut corrected in a timely manner. Purchasing our interior doors was difficult because our 1940's house had a specific door pattern that no door manufacturer was building. Ray helped us to find a very close match that looks almost identical the originals - at a great price point. It was a pleasure to work with Ray - he was always there to answer our questions and never hesitated to help us. I would highly recommend Ray to any potential door and window customers.

  I had a great experience working with Mike Bellagamba from the San Carlos location. He asked the right questions and worked with my specific needs. I visited a few window & door shops and he provided the best service and knowledge with the different lines. Window and door shopping is very confusing and overwhelming. Having someone that is easy to work with and not trying to pressure you to place an order is a huge benefit. Highly recommend Mike Bellagamba.
