  I have been with Ballard for many years. They are a family run business and their service is excellent. Angel was the tech that came to service my heater. He has always been very kind, professional, and explains the situation well. He is very thorough and takes pictures of what needs to be repaired. They are up front with there pricing, no hidden fees. I highly recommend this company.

  Anthony V. is awesome !!very informative and explained everything completely and really made it an easy decision to go ahead and get a new water heater. Please consider him for a bonus or raise. You do not want to lose this guy. He is an asset to your company. Thank you guys really appreciate all the help. You guys have a customer for life!

  I very much appreciate David who can and did an inspection of our HVAC system. He explained how some of our equipment was not positioned correctly and how to fix it. I really appreciated his cleanliness and perfectionism. I plan to use him again.

  Sergio did fine. I'm still and will remain puzzled by a $560 bill to install a garbage disposal that retails at Home Depot for $120.00, and taking less than 20 min to complete the job. I understand overhead and business costs, but $440, an added 366% above the part cost? I don't think so and after years with your company I will seek service elsewhere, letting others know when the opportunity arises, why.

  Ballard Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning came through big time for me. My heater stopped working and they were able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief. Art was the technician and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He diagnosed the issue quickly and got our heater up and running without any hassle. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. Great service, quick response, and solid workmanship. Highly recommend Ballard Plumbing & HVAC — especially Art — if you need reliable HVAC service!
