We called Ballard Plumbing Saturday morning and they were able to send someone out that day. Darryl was amazing and assessed our problem immediately. He used a camera and went 45 feet in our pipes and found no other blockage or roots. Problem was solved! Thank you for your support Darryl !

Daniel was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He let me know how long it was going to take and described what he was going to do. He listened to all my questions and concerns. He gave me complete answers and useful information. I didn't know that smoke and carbon monoxide sensors were supposed to be placed at eye level so now I'm going to move all of them. He explained the system in layman's terms which made it really easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this company.
