He explained along the way the causes, how he would fix the problem and the costs up front before getting started. He didn't waste my time and although he had to leave to pick up a water softener system, he returned after lunch and completed his work in one day. I am very satisfied with his workmanship, professional attitude and the cost.

Very polite and a great conversationalist to boot, he was very thorough and meticulous in his efforts to ferret out potential problems with our HVAC system. Our A/C units now are gleaming and look like new. We have never experienced this level of cleaning inside and out by previous technicians. Thank you David! More importantly, we now have a clear idea of current and potential problems with our units. We are looking forward to the proposed alternative solutions to our system.
- EBErik BrazilNov 4, 20255.0Reuben was the technician that Ballard sent to perform an annual maintenance and inspection for our 5 ton furnace. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was careful to protect the inside of our home while going in and out of the basement. After the service, he showed me pictures of the inside of the furnace installed over 20 years ago. Due to insufficient air intake (return) the exhaust manifold had some significant heat damage, which could soon cause cracks to form in the metal, causing carbon monoxide leaks😳 He showed me repair estimates, and replacement options, which were pretty close in price. I'm about to contact him to schedule the new furnace installation, because repairing a unit that is oversized and installed improperly over a new unit is about $1500 difference. I would recommend Reuben from Ballard to anyone with an older or historic home, or even a newer home, he knows his trade and gives you honest options.

He explained everything clearly, checked my system thoroughly, and made sure it was running efficiently before leaving. He was also friendly and respectful of my home. It’s great to see someone who takes pride in their work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be requesting Marcus again and highly recommend him and the Ballard team!
