  I’m new customer with this company.But I’m really impressed with the service . Angel came to my house on time , really nice guy , he checked my 2 AC systems and did maintenance for them . He explained thoroughly in details about my AC weaknesses and what I should do for my AC. He did excellent customer service, best manner., always having smile on his face. I enrolled in membership with company because of his best service . I’ll definitely introduce the Ballard AC company to my friends and I’ll introduce Angel to them too. Thanks a lot Angel for your best service today 😃🙏🙏

  Cameron did a fantastic and thorough job explaining the condition of my HVAC system. He took pictures and video of my deteriorating air ducts. He also opened up my condenser and explained the problems that were going on. I am truly impressed with his assessment of my current system.

  Work is meticulous and complete. Used shoe covers whiteout being reminded, showed respect for the property he's working in. Explained everything that was done and what needs attention. Best HVAC tech I've worked with. Thank you.

  Today was my first time using Ballard for service. David took his time explaining the condition of my hvac, venting, and insulation. He took photos and videos to further explain any issues and recommendations. He made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I plan to at Minimum consider Ballard for my future hvac and plumbing needs. Thank you

  Im am very happy with Ballard. Kevin was friendly, polite, and thorough. He took his time and explained all inspection items so that I could understand them. I was sure I was going to get pressured with an upsell, as many, if not most other companies do. That did not happen with Kevin at Ballard! Thanks Kevin!
