Wanted carpet up and install vinyl floor in bedroom. This person did not pull the carpet partially back to view wooden floor underneath to see what needed to be done as the previous guy did, just sent me an outrageous estimate.that I refused. I will not go in contract blind to what needed to be done. Looking for another co. How can you charge and have no idea of what needs to be done?
