  Almost 2 years ago, Lee's installed a new heat pump in my house. The techs were great, and the installation experience was smooth. Unfortunately, within a month, it broke down. During a hot summer in 2024, I went over a month without A/C while Lee's fixed it temporarily only to have it break down again. And again. Eventually, they pulled the new heat pump out and installed a NEW new heat pump. Again, the actual people coming to my house were great. The communication between the office, the techs, and the customer was shaky, however. It took repeated calls to get someone to come out to do repairs once they'd gotten paid for the system and were now just covering the warranty. It is now April 2026. In March, I came home to find water dripping from my ceiling vents and the heat pump malfunctioning. When I called Lee's, the rep on the phone tried to tell me "that is normal when the A/C is turned back on." Nope. I have been waiting over a month for the right part Lee's says is needed to fix it. Today, I canceled a class I teach to be here for the long-awaited installation (after a month with no heat or A/C). An hour after the tech was scheduled to arrive, after texting he would be here in 30 minutes, I got a text rescheduling the service call for tomorrow. I am forced to deal with this company because of the warranty. The moment it is up I'll never use them again, and I will warn everyone I know not to call Lee's. I'm not sure if they're just too big, or bad at communicating, or what, but my patience has run out.

  I just had Joseph from Lees plumbing over my house to do a inspection. My system is new but he was very professional and knowledgeable on all my questions. Before he left he checked my entire system out and gave it a thumbs up. Thank you

  Diagnosed and fixed a leaking section of roof, a one day job. Prompt response; clear communication. Elijah, Adam , Favian, and the crew did all parts of the job professionally, with courtesy, and left the site cleaner than at the start. The work looks like it’s well done.

  BE WARNED: Lee’s Air will upsell and complete unnecessary repairs if you rely solely on their recommendations. I was charged over $1,300 for work that did not fix the original issue and later learned the repair was not necessary. I trusted their professional expertise, which turned out to be a mistake. When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, I was told a manager would call me back within 24–48 hours. That never happened, and no one followed up despite my attempt to address the situation. The lack of accountability and follow-through after taking payment is extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving any repairs from this company.
