No pressure throughout and enjoyable experience from requesting an estimate, explaining/demonstrating products, explaining installation process, easy scheduling, professional installation (timely, courteous, friendly, efficient, detail-oriented, hard-working, very good clean-up, and helpful), and prompt follow-ups. Within two days, 22 windows and a patio door were installed and they look fantastic! The windows just "pop" and makes home look updated. The quality of the windows is absolutely great - immediately reduced the outside noise and maintained the temperature in the house better - and the quote was BY FAR the most competitive - they beat EVERY other quote. Reni was my initial contact and she was very friendly and accommodating. She set up our consultation and told me her son Todd would be out to give us a quote. From the initial meeting with Todd coming out to our home for the measurements and quotes to our final decision; everything went smoothly. Todd was awesome to work with, he was very pleasant, great at communicating and he kept us aware of every step along the way. We initially decided to replace our three front windows with the black Simonton daylight max windows and two exterior doors. Cameron and Jason were our installers and they were amazing! They were professional, courteous, efficient and very skilled at their job. Todd was also very present during the install making sure everything was going well. After seeing how amazing these windows looked, we had to do the back of the home as well. Todd came back out to our home and we ordered the remaining windows for the back of the home. We had the slider and three more windows installed. Again, the installers did a fantastic job. Our neighbors are all commenting on how wonderful our new windows and doors look. We couldn’t be happier with how everything has turned out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic experience from start to finish!

Reni is such a sweater heat, she makes me feel like I’m talk to my mother, she’s very caring and detailed. Todd did the price estimate, he’s such a chill and relax guy there was no push sales pitch or anything, my wife and I agreed to the price estimate the same day. Cameron and Jason installed 11 windows for us yesterday, the guys showed up on- time worked extremely hard and cleaned up after. I love my new windows, it makes such a big difference and I know I will be saving a lot of money on utilities bills with the efficiency. Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
