Our heater has worked great and given us no issues—the sign of a good installation of a water heater, I’d say, is that you never have to think about it. What’s more, their customer service is very responsive. I was performing routine maintenance (flushing the heater) recently and had a quick question, and they were able to answer my phone call (conveniently located on our tank) and help me even though I was calling around 6 PM on a Saturday. I can’t think of any way this company can improve!
