They kept me informed about the arrival etc. Skyler Lendley arrived on time and explained both problems, source of the leek and went to work. Did a fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable, knew exactly what parts needed replacement, bought high quality parts , and when finished he tested everything. He was professional, friendly, polite, and really knew what needed to be to be done. He didn’t rush and at the end cleaned up the area and once again explained to me what was done and how the parts he used will withstand the weather elements. Once again he asked me to turn on and off the gears. I couldn’t have asked for a better company and a better person for this job and I am extremely satisfied and happy with job. From now on Lee’s will be my “ to go to” for any plumbing etc issues that may come up. Skyler left with a peace of mind and assurance that not only the problem is taken care of but also the parts he used updating the pipes etc. will be long lasting since he wrapped the pipes with material to protect them from weather elements. In short, top notch job and I will tell my friends about the service I received. I am very thankful for Lee,s professionalism, customer care, and reasonable cost.
